The origin of our name

Many people ask about our company name and the significance of the word 'Dianthus'. Dianthus is the Latin name for a genus of about 300 species of flowering plants, native mainly to Europe and Asia, that includes carnations, pinks, and sweet williams. The name Dianthus is from the Greek word dios (God) and anthos (flower).

Dianthuses are particularly refined and elegant flowers, and so our name is a reflection of the refined and elegant writing we provide.
